Enroute from Paris, France, Canadian Cameron Crozman is bringing his extraordinary talent to the Bach Festival. And what an evening of music it will be!
Crozman begins with Gabrielli and Bach before moving on to Mystery Variations on the Chiacona of Giuseppe Colombi and the world premiere of The Book of Elegent Feelings written by Kelly-Marie Murphy (b. 1964). Gaspar Cassado’s Suite for solo cello rounds out this extraordinary evening of music.
Making this performance even more memorable, is the instrument on which he will perform. Cameron is extremely grateful for the support of the Canada Council for the Arts and Sylva Gelber Foundation in his projects. He plays on the ca. 1696 “Bonjour” Stradivarius cello and the ca. 1830 “Shaw” Adam cello bow generously on loan from the Canada Council for the Arts Instrument Bank.
Saturday July 8th 7:30pm, Trivitt Memorial Anglican Church, Exeter Ontario Canada.
Not to be missed.
